The co-chair of the General Council of Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria Siham Qario said that the mission of this administration is to coordinate between the seven administrations in each of al-Jazeera, the Euphrates and Afrin cantons, and the local administrations in al-Tabqa, al-Raqqa, Manbij, Deir ez Zor, and work under one administration to secure the requirements of the people.
« We hope that this administration will serve as a model for the whole of Syria and the Middle East in managing their own affairs and we believe in the unity of the Syrian territories, our goal is to build a democratic, pluralistic and decentralized society, » she said.
